About the Author
KRISTEN BAIRD-GOLDMAN, LMFT, ATR, ADHD-CCSP, is a licensed psychotherapist, ADHD-certified clinical specialist, and certified integrative mental health professional. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-informed therapies.
