Curious and compelling...what’s new and weird in the ways that people are getting drunk.
It’s as if a drunken pop culture savant got their hands on an Italian Futurist text—and that’s the point.
A veritable ode to the depraved DIY-culture of energy-laced alcohol... It seems to perfectly capture this crazy moment in cocktail culture, which really hasn’t been documented or embraced in the way that it should be.
It’s the relentless contrast between sumptuous fabrics and classy drinks, with cheap props and trashy mixers that becomes irresistible.
—It's Nice That
