Refund/Return Policy

Carmichael's strives to make returns as easy as possible at both of our locations. 

 

With original sales register or creidt card receipt:

We will refund the purchase to your original form of payment, allow you to exchange, or offer you a gift card for the purchase amount.

 

With no receipt:

If you have a book purchased from Carmichael's, we will allow you to exchange your purchase or give you a gift card for the purchase price (less any possible discounts that could have occured while the book was in stock at our store.)

 

You may return a book purchased from one Carmichael's at either of our locations.

 

There are a small number of special order titles that we may not offer a refund or exchange on.

 

We reserve the right to reject any book that we deem not to be in brand new and saleable condition.
